A ghoulishly glorious idea for Halloween, this Baked Brie Mummy is wrapped in puff pastry and filled with raspberry jam and pistachios. It's perfect for a party delight!
 Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Lay a piece of parchment down on a cooking sheet and set aside.
Unfold one sheet of thawed pastry on a lightly floured surface and gently roll it out a bit.
In the middle of the pastry, spread the raspberry jam in a circle that is smaller than the Brie.
Sprinkle the shelled pistachios on top of the jam.
Lay the Brie on top and fold the pastry around it, completely wrapping it up.
Flip the Brie over so that the seams are on the bottom and place it on the baking sheet.
Brush the wrapped Brie with the egg wash.
Take the second piece of pastry and cut it into 1/2" strips.
Wrap the strips around the Brie like a mummy and tuck the strips under the wheel of Brie.
Brush the egg wash over the pastry.
Bake until the Brie is golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with apple and pear slices and crackers.
