Baked Hot Honey Chicken

1: Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2: Spray a Sheetpan with olive oil spray.

3: Prepare three bowls for the dredging station: In the first bowl, combine the flour with the seasonings.

4: In the second bowl, beat the eggs with the hot sauce.

5: In the third bowl, add the crushed cornflakes that have been tossed with the oil.

6: Coat the chicken breasts first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and lastly in the cornflake crumbs ensuring a good coating.

7: Lay the coated chicken breasts in one layer on the Sheetpan and spray with more olive oil spray.

8: Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.

9: Meanwhile, make the hot honey sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together in a small pot and warming until mixed.

10: Remove from heat and drizzle the sauce over the baked chicken when done.
