Baked Macaroni

1: Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2: In a large pot, melt 6 tablespoons of butter and add flour. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

3: While whisking, add the milk, increase the heat and cook until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly.

4: Meanwhile, add the pasta to a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook pasta to al dente and drain.

5: Remove the sauce from heat and add the cheeses, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.

6: Add the pasta and stir until combined.

7: Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

8: Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and combine with olive oil, both types of bread crumbs, garlic, and Parmesan. Sprinkle on top.

9: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
