Cheeseburger Casserole

1: Preheat oven to 350F.

2: Bake three large potatoes and let them cool.

3: In a large skillet, cook 2 lb of ground beef with 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves chopped garlic, and 2 cups of chopped mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and oregano until meat is no longer pink.

4: Drain excess grease.

5: Add the cream of chicken soup (homemade or canned), Worcestershire sauce, and spicy brown mustard. Stir to combine.

6: Grease a 9x13” baking dish.

7: Slice the potatoes and layer them on the bottom of the dish until covered.

8: Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

9: Spread the beef mixture evenly on top of the potatoes.

10: Sprinkle with another 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

11: Bake for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and melty.
