Chili Cheese Dogs

1: Heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the diced onion and ground beef.

2: Cook for about 10 minutes until the meat is browned.

3: Add the tomato paste, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and all the spices.

4: Stir together, making sure all the meat is broken up into small pieces.

5: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

6: Cook for about 10-12 minutes.

7: Line up the hot dog rolls and squeeze mustard and ketchup inside.

8: Add a little relish, then place the hot dog in the roll.

9: Top with chili and shredded cheddar, then sprinkle with chopped red onion.

10: Cover with foil and bake in a 375°F oven for 40 minutes.

11: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
