Chocolate Fudge Oatmeal Bars

1: Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

2: In a bowl, combine oats, flour, salt, baking soda, butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.

3: In a saucepan, heat condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla until all ingredients are melted and smooth.

4: Spread 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture into the bottom of the pan, spreading evenly.

5: Pour fudge over the oatmeal mixture and spread evenly.

6: Top with dollops of the remaining oatmeal mixture.

7: Bake for 20 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
