Cowboy Cookies

1: Preheat oven to 350F.

2: In a small bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Mix and set aside.

3: In a stand mixer, mix the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth, about 3 minutes.

4: Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then add the vanilla. Beat for 2 more minutes.

5: Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

6: Add in the desired add-ins and mix to combine, then incorporate with your hands.

7: Roll the dough into balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.

8: Flatten the balls slightly with your hand.

9: Bake for 12 minutes and repeat with the next batch.
