Instructions

1: Prepare a three bowl dressing station: In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

2: In the second bowl, mix eggs and milk.

3: In the third bowl, place seasoned flour with salt and pepper.

4: For each ravioli, dip it first in the egg mixture.

5: Then coat it in the seasoned flour.

6: Go back to the egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.

7: Place the coated ravioli on a sheet pan.

8: In a large skillet, add an inch of vegetable oil and heat until hot.

9: Drop the coated ravioli in the hot oil and fry until golden, turning as necessary.

10: Each ravioli should only take a couple of minutes to cook.

11: Serve with marinara sauce or a trio of sauces.
