Grandma Montelli’s Anginettis

1: Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2: Cream together 2 sticks of softened butter and 1 cup of sugar until smooth.

3: Add 4 eggs, 1 cup of orange juice, 1 tsp of lemon extract, and 1 tsp of orange extract; mix to combine. The mixture will look curdled.

4: In a separate bowl, combine 6 cups of flour, 6 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp of baking soda.

5: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the dough is combined and smooth.

6: Roll the dough into ping-pong ball-sized balls.

7: Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

8: Let the cookies cool and then glaze and add sprinkles.

9: For the frosting, mix 2 cups of confectionary sugar with milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
