Meat Pie

1: Combine flour and salt in food processor and pulse to mix.

2: Add butter and pulse until it resembles crumbs.

3: Add enough ice water so that the dough begins to form a ball.

4: Turn the dough onto a floured surface, press into a disk, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5: Heat oil in a large skillet and cook ground beef until browned.

6: Add the diced onion and chopped garlic, and mix well.

7: Add remaining ingredients and let cook together for 5 minutes.

8: Roll out one dough ball and fit it into a pie dish sprayed with cooking spray.

9: Add the meat mixture to the pie crust.

10: Roll out the second dough ball and place it on top of the meat, fluting the edges.

11: Brush the top with a beaten egg.

12: Bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
