Pepper Steak Roll Ups

1: Heat the oven to 375F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2: In a large skillet, cook the beef until no pink remains, breaking it up as you cook.

3: Remove beef from the skillet and place it in a bowl.

4: Add the bell pepper, small onion, and olive oil to the skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.

5: Add the cooked vegetables to the bowl with the beef.

6: Stir in the pickled jalapeños, jalapeño juice, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

7: Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles and top each with a half slice of provolone cheese.

8: Place the beef and vegetable mixture evenly on the wide ends of each triangle.

9: Roll up each crescent, starting at the wide end and rolling towards the tip. Place seam side down on the cookie sheet.

10: Brush with egg wash (1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon of water) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

11: Bake for 15 to 19 minutes until golden brown.
