Pickled Peaches with Mozz

1: Place peaches and herbs in a large jar with a lid.

5: Remove the peach slices from the pickling liquid.

6: Wrap the peach slices with prosciutto and skewer with basil and mozzarella pearls.

7: Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
