Spicy Tunacado Sandwich

1: In a bowl, combine the tuna, diced avocado, kewpie mayo, diced red onion, diced celery, chopped dill, chili crisp, the juice of lemon, and salt and pepper to taste.

2: Mix everything in the bowl until well combined.

3: For the Chipotle Aioli, place mayonnaise, sour cream, diced chipotle pepper, adobo paste, lime juice and zest, honey, pinch of salt, pepper, and smoked paprika in a blender.

4: Blend until smooth.

5: Serve the spicy tuna mixture in toasted flatbread or ciabatta, drizzled with Chipotle Aioli.
