Spinach Artichoke Dip Bread Bowl

1: Preheat oven to 400F and line a sheet pan with parchment.

2: Combine all dip ingredients (including 1 cup of shredded mozzarella) in a bowl and mix.

3: Slice off the top of the bread and hollow out the inside.

4: Dice the removed bread into 2" pieces and place them on the sheet pan.

5: Spoon the dip into the hollowed bread, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, replace the top and put on the sheet pan.

6: Bake for about 15 minutes.

7: Remove the top and broil for a few minutes until the cheese is golden brown.

8: Serve with crackers or toasted pita.
