Taco Egg Rolls

1: Brown ground beef, onions, pepper and garlic until no pink remains. Drain excess grease.

2: Add taco seasoning, salsa, and water as required on the package. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

3: Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.

4: Lay each egg roll wrapper out with a corner pointing towards you.

5: Place some cheese and a few tablespoons of taco filling in the center of each wrapper.

6: Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly.

7: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and when hot, carefully add the egg rolls.

8: Fry until golden and crispy, then turn them over and fry for another minute or two.

9: For baking, preheat oven to 425°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

10: Place egg rolls on the pan and brush both sides with oil. Bake until golden brown, then turn and continue baking until crispy.
