Delicious bars filled with coconut, chocolate chips, and toffee bits. These treats are made with a crust of flour, oats, and brown sugar, topped with a gooey filling of condensed milk and corn syrup, and baked to golden perfection.
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 13x9” pan with parchment or spray with cooking spray.
Combine flour, oats, coconut, and brown sugar in a stand mixer and mix to combine.
Add butter and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
Add egg and continue mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Reserve 1-1/2 cups of dough for topping, then press remaining dough into the baking dish.
 Bake for 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking, combine condensed milk and corn syrup in a small bowl.
When the crust is done, remove from the oven and pour the condensed milk mixture evenly over the hot crust.
Sprinkle with toffee bits and top evenly with reserved crust mixture.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
