Tomato Puff Pastry Heart Tart

1: Preheat oven to 425°F.

2: Line a baking sheet with parchment.

3: Roll out a piece of puff pastry on a floured surface.

4: Cut a heart shape out of the dough with a sharp knife.

5: Place the heart shape on the baking sheet.

6: Mince 2 garlic cloves and mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

7: Brush the garlic oil on the dough.

8: Slice tomatoes thin and lay them on the tart, covering the dough completely.

9: Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

10: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden.

11: Sprinkle with chili flakes and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

12: Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or drizzle with Pesto.
